Thunderstorm squall likely to occur again in Delhi today..., met department predicts

New Delhi: The weather in the country's capital Delhi may change again today. According to the Met department, delhi-ncr is likely to receive heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorm squall today. At the same time, the maximum temperature in Delhi can go up to 40 degrees. According to the information provided by the Met department, a low pressure area has formed due to an east-west trough line passing through Haryana and under its influence, light rain is likely to occur over parts of Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, western Uttar Pradesh and east Rajasthan.  

The Met department said that thunderstorms are likely to occur in some areas of Delhi on Wednesday, due to which the temperature will remain under control. Speaking to a news agency, Skymet's Vice President (Climate Change and Meteorology) has informed that Delhi will be relieved of heat wave for the next one week.

Let us know that during the thunderstorm and rain in Delhi on Monday, the winds were blowing at a speed of about 100 kilometers. More than 530 trees were uprooted in Delhi in Monday's thunderstorm. Two people were also killed. Monday's rain and thunderstorms saw waterlogging on the streets of Delhi.
