New Delhi: The 718 Cayman GT4 RS will make its India debut on January 25 at the "Festival of Dreams" at the Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai.

The celebration will honor the automaker's 75th anniversary. It is to be noted that the German manufacturer had revealed the pricing of the coupe in May last year. So what are its main features? Let's see it.

The Weissach package is essentially a kit that uses carbon fiber components to reduce the unsprung mass of Porsche's cars, and is primarily used by Porsche in competitive racing events.

The 718 Cayman GT4 RS features a large carbon fiber swan-neck rear wing, a sculpted carbon fiber hood with NACA air intakes and CFRP (carbon fiber-reinforced plastic) vents on the wheel arches.

Race-Tex upholstery is used on the dashboard, door panels, center console, racing-style bucket seats and multifunction steering wheel of the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS.

To reduce weight, the coupe gets carbon fiber trims and pull-type loops in place of the conventional door handles. The supercar includes a large touchscreen infotainment system and a premium Bose audio system.

The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS's 4.0-litre, flat-six, naturally-aspirated engine, which is derived from the 911 GT3 R and 911 RSR, produces 493 horsepower at 8,400 rpm and 450 Nm of peak torque. 6,750 rounds per minute.

The lightweight supercar has a top speed of 315 km/h to mill. The coupe has a sprint time of just 3.4 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.

Porsche created the Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) gearbox for racing in the 1980s. "Doppelkuplung" translates to "double-clutch transmission".

It has hydraulically operated wet-clutch packs that alternately drive the engine via two separate driveshafts, lubricating the transmission's internal components.

The transmission offers quick acceleration along with extremely quick shift times. Top gear is usually laid back to maximize fuel efficiency.
