Dehradun: Normal life has been affected due to maximum rainfall for 2 days. Tourists travelling in Kumaon are stranded in half the route. This includes tourists from several states including Haryana, Delhi, Chandigarh. All tourists' phones have been switched off. The family members are restless. From anywhere, they are not getting information from mobile. Tourists were returning from Almora, Ranikhet to Haldwani on the night of October 18. In view of the crisis of heavy rains and landslides, the administration accommodated tourists in the resort around Kanchi Dham. So that there is no crisis. Debris has come on all hilly roads on Tuesday. The roads have been closed. Due to this, tourists are trapped. Phones are also not charging due to lack of electricity. Due to this, contact with the family members has been cut off. Chandigarh resident Rajiv says relatives could not be contacted since morning. The administration says that at present there has been no accident on this route.

Affected routes in Nainital district:-
1- Nainital to Haldwani route Traffic was completely disrupted due to collapse of main road near Mad-House Jollykot.
2- Nainital to Bhavali route disrupted due to approach of Debris near Pines.
3- Nainital to Kaladhangi route stopped coming to Malwa near Narayan Nagar.
4- Ramnagar to Almora route is blocked due to water logging in Dhangarhi Ramnagar nullah.
5- The Bhawali to Almora route is blocked from approaching Malwa near Khairna.
6- Haldwani to Chorgalia, Sitarganj route is closed due to the collapse of Gaula Bridge.
7- Kathgodam to Chorgalia, the Sitarganj route is closed due to the strong flow of water in Shernala.
8- Ramgarh to Mukteshwar route is closed due to the arrival of Malwa.
9- Bhimtal to Padmapuri route is closed due to approaching Malwa near Vinayak.
10- Bhimtal to Kathgodam route is closed due to the approach of Malwa near Saldi.
11- The Russian bypass is blocked towards Sukhadal due to approaching debris near the Russian bypass.
