Hingoli: A big news has come from Hingoli in Maharashtra. In fact, here the City Council has tried a new tactic to encourage people to get covid-19 vaccination. Under this, vaccine supplements are being given an opportunity to win awards like LED TVs, Refrigerators  and Washing Machines . Officials have informed about this today itself. The Chandrapur Nagar unit in the state is said to have taken a similar step earlier this month to motivate people to get vaccinated.

Talking about the case, an official said that 73 per cent of the eligible vaccine people in Hingoli district have taken the first dose so far and 56 per cent have taken both the doses. At the same time, Pandit Mhaske, project officer on covid-19 duty in the city council, said, "In view of the apprehension of the third wave of Covid-19, Hingoli District Collector Jintendra Papalkar had convened an emergency meeting on Wednesday and directed the district administration officials to motivate as many people as they can get the vaccine. '

He further informed that "Dr. Ajay Kurwade, principal officer of the city council, has decided to hold a lucky draw on December 27 for people who take vaccine supplements between December 2 and December 24. It will give LED TV to the first prize winner. This is followed by washing machines, refrigerators, mixer grinders and five other awards.
