Mumbai: Former Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray's troubles are increasing. After the Shiv Sena MLAs, now the MPs can also give him a jolt. Shiv Sena MP is likely to join Eknath Shinde's faction. In fact, on Monday, the Shiv Sena of the Shinde faction held a meeting, which was also attended online by 14 Shiv Sena MPs.
It is immediately after this that the Shiv Sena has come into action. Vinayak Raut, a Shiv Sena MP, wrote a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla saying that he has been appointed as the leader of the Shiv Sena parliamentary party in the Lok Sabha and Rajan Vichare as the chief whip. He said if someone is appointed a whip by another Shiv Sena MP or any other order is issued, it should not be accepted. On the question of some Shiv Sena MPs also joining the Shinde faction, Sanjay Raut said, "If any of our MPs have joined them, there is a legal battle going on for that also.''
After the presidential election, now 14 MPs have expressed their support for the Shinde Group. Now Shinde and Fadnavis will meet Amit Shah and Prime Minister Modi in Delhi with 12 Shiv Sena MPs. On Tuesday, they will hold a press conference after the meeting. In Maharashtra, the Shiv Sena of the Shinde faction took a series of decisions at a meeting on Monday. In this, the existing executive has been dissolved and a new national executive has been announced. Along with this, Chief Minister Shinde has also been elected as the new leader of the Shiv Sena party. However, the meeting, which is held by Shiv Sena party chief Uddhav Thackeray, has neither been dissolved nor any new announcement has been made about it. MLA Deepak Kesarkar has been declared the new spokesperson of the Shiv Sena by the Shinde faction. Ramdas Kadam and Anandrao Adsuli have been elected as leaders, while Yashwant Jadhav, Gulabrao Patil, Uday Samant, Sharad Ponkshe, Tanaji Sawant, Vijay Nahta, Shivajirao Adrao Patil have been appointed as deputy leaders. While this party belongs to Balasaheb Thackeray and the sword of self-disqualification is hanging over the sacked MLAs. Sanjay Raut pointed to the rebel MLAs and said that you may have a different faction. You do different politics of your faction, but you don't clash with the Shiv Sena.
