Mumbai: It is Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray's birthday. Today Thackeray has turned 62. However, this time Uddhav Thackeray demanded special gifts from Shiv Sainiks instead of bouquets. Uddhav Thackeray has said that this time he does not want bouquets on his birthday, but he should get an affidavit from Shiv Sena workers that he believes in the party and will add more and more people as members of the party.

In fact, a valid reason is clearly seen this time for such a demand from party workers and Shiv Sainiks because after the rebellion in the party a few days ago, the Shiv Sena was divided into two factions and today the situation is that Uddhav Thackeray has lost the chief minister's chair after the rebellion of some MLAs. So that this does not happen again in the party, the Chief Minister has made such a demand to the workers and Shiv Sainiks.

In the wake of a recent function, Uddhav Thackeray had said that unlike the previous rebellions in the party, the aim of this time's revolt was to eliminate the Shiv Sena. He had attacked the BJP, saying the Shiv Sena is indulging in politics for Hindutva, while the BJP uses Hindutva for its political interests. He also attacked his cousin and MNS chief Raj Thackeray, who without taking names, said he would consider allowing 40 rebel Shiv Sena MLAs to merge with his party if needed.
