Yes, this order issued by the UIDAI will affect every Aadhaar cardholder in the country. Under this order, the facility of updating the address in the Aadhaar card has been discontinued till further orders. Earlier it used to improve by updating the address when the tenant or accidentally entered the address in Aadhaar, but you will not be able to change your address indefinitely since this order of UIDAI. Meanwhile, UIDAI has removed the option related to the address validation letter from its website.

A service has been further discontinued by UIDAI for Aadhaar cardholders and that is the Aadhaar card reprint. Yes, after this decision, plastic PVC cards have now been launched UIDAI in place of old big cards. These cards are small in size so it is easy to carry them together.
