In Uttarakhand, another excellent opportunity to get a government job has come up. A notification for recruitment to the post of Jail Guard has been issued by the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission. As per the notification issued, a total of 213 jail guards will be recruited. Details of Posts:-
A total of 213 posts will be filled up under the ongoing recruitment to the post of Jail Guard in Uttarakhand. Candidates will have to visit the official portal to apply for it. Applications for these posts will be accepted in online mode only. As per the notification issued, 200 posts of jail guard men and 13 posts of jail guard women will be filled up.
Educational Qualification:-
Candidates applying for these posts should pass the 12th mean Intermediate examination from any recognized institution or board.
Age Limit:-
The age of candidates to apply for these posts should be more than 21 years and less than 35 years. State that the maximum age limit will be relaxed for the candidates covered under reservation.
Application Fee:-
General, OBC and economically weaker means EWS category candidates applying for these posts will have to pay Rs 300 as an application fee. The same application fee for SC, ST, and women candidates has been fixed at Rs 150. Fee can be paid through debit or credit card and net banking.
