Tirupati: A seminar on the problems of teachers working in government-aided degree colleges, universities and retired teachers was organized at SV University on Tuesday. He has resolved to demand for raising the retirement age of all teachers to 65 years under the pay scale of UGC. The AP government should immediately release the pending five DA installments. Retired teachers should be paid all their pension benefits without any delay.

The seminar was attended by National leaders of ABRSM Mahendra Kapoor, Laxman, Shivanand Shindekar, State Convenor Prof YV Rami Reddy, General Secretary of AP State Degree College Association M Venugopal, Contract Lecturer State Secretary Dr Krishna Reddy and others.
