The armed criminals first called two persons from their house to Badhar, then gave them a lot of alcohol and then shot them dead. This double murder created a sensation in the entire area. According to reports, the two slain persons Sanjay Singh and Devendra Singh were friends with each other. The duo was called by three men from their house late on Monday evening and taken to Badhar. When the two did not return till late in the night, the family members started searching for them, but nothing was found.

On Tuesday, when a villager was going to his fields, he found two blood-soaked bodies lying there. Then, he informed the police. Police rushed to the spot and seized 3 bullets from the spot. Dhananjay Singh, the family of the deceased, said that in the evening, three people called him out of the house. According to the police, the glass used for consuming alcohol was also found at the spot. There was an uproar in the family after the case. According to the police, the incident of land dispute is being reported behind the murder. According to SP West Rajesh Kumar, both of them were shot dead. At present, the case has been registered at Shahpur police station and the reasons behind the murder are also being investigated. There is talk of money transactions in the purchase and sale of land.
