Due to the lockdown, the Dehradun-New Delhi Jan Shatabdi Express will stop from today. All preparations have been completed by the Railways for the operation of the express. On the very first day, all the seats of Shatabdi were booked. Dun station director Ganesh Thakur said that all preparations for the operation of the train have been completed.

For your information, let us tell you that along with fully sanitizing the train, the checking staff of officers and staff has been deployed for the safety of passengers. The checking staff has been provided with masks and sanitizers. At the same time, only those passengers who have confirmed tickets and masks will be allowed in the train. One must also undergo thermal scanning to enter the station premises.

On the instructions of the Railway Board, the Dehradun New Delhi Janshatabdi Express is being departed. But this train will not come from Delhi to Dehradun. This step has been taken due to lack of racks. Shatabdi will depart from Dehradun to Kathgodam on Tuesday. For this, instructions have been issued to the officials to take necessary action.
