Lucknow: Up, the largest state in the country, has a big news for police departments. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed displeasure over the decision not to give promotions to PAC soldiers. The Chief Minister has ordered immediate promotion of PAC Jawans. Simultaneously, the investigation has been ordered against the officer who made the decision without giving information to the government. Chief Minister Yogi said, no decision to demoralise the police soldiers will be tolerated.
In fact, an order by the ADG (establishment) Piyush Anand of up in the past was noisy. About 900 Jawans were sent back to the PAC from the district police. This led to the demotion of the jawans who went to the civil police from the armed police. The head Constable, 6 sub-inspector was made a constable. In the last 20 years, all of them went from PAC to civil police. All of them went to the civil police from the constable's post in the PAC.
He became the headconstable, sub-inspector, with a promotion in the civil police. However, in the case, the ADG establishment claimed that no staff would be allowed to be harmed. According to his batch, all the policemen will get the security. But this decision has grown organically to the regime. When the complaint reached cm, he expressed displeasure and instructed the DGP to immediately promote all these 900 soldiers. The decision has also been challenged in the Allahabad High Court. The entire matter is now under investigation.
