At the same time, Dharmaraj's nephew Arjun Yadav has also been booked in a gangster's case at Satrikh police station. Following this, the house of Dharmendra Yadav, the father of the accused located in Muneshwar Vihar Colony of Nagar Kotwali, was attached by the police administration. The market value of this house has been estimated to be around 1.5 crores. Police and administration say that the house has been built from the illegal earnings earned by the accused. During the operation, the police made a paid-off at the spot and pasted a notice and sealed the house.

In fact, the police and the administration were continuously receiving complaints of illegal mining of soil in the Satrikh area. On this, the District Magistrate and the then Superintendent of Police visited the spot. Both the officers were also stunned to see the situation there. Very deep and big pits were formed in the entire area far away. On this, the Superintendent of Police ordered action. Based on this, on October 8, 2020, a case was registered against mining mafia Vinod Yadav, Arjun Yadav, Pankaj Verma, Pankaj Yadav and Ramkumar. Arjun's house is located in Muneshwar Vihar Colony of Nagar Kotwali. But the house is in the name of accused Arjun's father Dharmendra. The police administration believes that the house has been constructed with illegally earned money by the accused Arjun Yadav. On this, the DM had ordered the attachment of this house. On Wednesday evening, officials of the tehsil administration along with CO Sadar Navin Singh, Satrikh and Nagar Kotwali police reached the spot. After this, Arjun's crime was reported.
