Lucknow: A case has been registered against the in-charge of Shastrinagar police post in Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. It is alleged that an Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) office-bearer, who was going to coaching from Scooty, stopped the student on the way near the outpost and beat him up unnecessarily. The investigation of this case has been handed over to CO City Raghavendra Chaturvedi. Sachin Tiwari's son Shivshankar Tiwari, a resident of Baudhiya Balamau of Karaodikala police station area, was going for coaching with his friend Shivam Singh by scooty.
Sachin says that Shastrinagar police outpost in-charge RK Rawat stopped near the outpost and started beating and abusing before showing the documents. After investigation, the police registered a case under section 323,504,506 against outpost in-charge RK Rawat on the complaint of Sachin at around one o'clock in the night. The SP said that the investigation of this case has been handed over to CO City Raghavendra Chaturvedi.
