Earlier, a private company cruise in Varanasi used to run in the Ganges, but now soon a government cruise will also take a tour of the Ganges to the tourists and locals in the waves of the Ganges. Under the Prasad Yojana, this two-story cruise has reached the Ganges of Varanasi after traveling a long journey of 6 thousand kilometers through the sea via Goa.
Earlier, a private company in Varanasi is operating the Alkhananda cruise. But this is the first cruise of the state government, which will start for the common people in about three weeks. On the Ravidas Ghat of Varanasi, this cruise was received by Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari, Minister in the UP Government, and welcomed 12 members of the cruise by offering pooja in the traditional way.
