Lucknow: The sound of 17,000 loudspeakers installed at religious places has been reduced following the yogi government's crackdown in Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, sound instruments have been removed from 125 locations. The state's ADG Law and Order has given information in this regard. The police officer said that the directions of the High Court are being followed in the state regarding loudspeakers.
According to ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar, loudspeakers have been removed at 125 places in the state. In 17,000 places, people have reduced their voices themselves. Security arrangements are being made for the goodbye prayers. The peace committee meetings are underway. He said talks have been held with around 37,344 religious leaders across the state. Good-bye prayers will be offered at 31,000 places. Along with this, prayers will be held in 7500 Eidgahs and 20 thousand mosques. 48 company PAC, 7 company central paramilitary forces have been deployed for its security. The additional police force has been given in sensitive districts. The district force will be fully deployed in all the districts at the time of goodbye prayers.
