Dehradun: In many areas including Dehradun, there may be maximum rainfall in the coming four days. In view of this, the Weather Department has issued an alert. According to the Weather Department, due to the formation of high pressure in most areas, it may rain heavily in Uttarakhand. According to the bulletin issued by the Meteorological Center, on Friday, many areas in Dehradun, Pauri, Nainital and Pithoragarh may receive rain.

The weather is expected to remain dry in most areas on Saturday. After that, it may rain again on Sunday and Monday. Weather Center Director Bikram Singh said that there are only a few days left in the monsoon season. Heavy rains may occur over some areas as the monsoon approaches. In the midst of strong rains, once again, on the Kalsi-Chakrata motor road, the movement of vehicles broke near Jajrate. For almost three hours, the movement of vehicles was completely stalled. There was a long line of vehicles on both sides of the road. Individuals faced problems in movement.

There was heavy rainfall in the area on Thursday morning. Rainfall continued in the area from 10 am to 12 noon. Due to this, an excessive amount of debris fell on the road due to landslide near Jazaret. This movement of vehicles on the road was foiled. The movement of vehicles on the road from 12 pm to 3 pm was completely stalled. With this, heavy rains are becoming a crisis in Uttarakhand.
