Katra: On Thursday, a high alert was sounded in the Jammu region after the suspicious movement was reported. According to reports, two suspected militants were spotted near Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra railway station. Here it is to be noted that Security in and around Vaishno Devi shrine and adjoining areas has been increased following inputs about suspicious movement in the area. It is noted that Vaishno Devi is most visited place by tourist as it is religious place of Hindus.

However, it is worth mention that according to reports, check posts have been installed in various places. State police have started patrolling for area dominations at high ridges. Along with this a  huge search operation has been launched after the suspicious movement was detected. Due to heavy visit of tourist in Vaishno Devi, place is being kept on High alert

Here it is to be noted that Maa Vaishno Devi, also known as Mata Rani, and Vaishnavi, is a hill shrine of Hindu goddess Mata Adi Shakti, also known as Mahalakshmi. To be noted that the temple is located in Katra at the Trikuta Mountains in Jammu and Kashmir. Here it is to be noted that search operation is underway.
