Shimla: After winning the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections, the real challenge before the Congress is to choose a 'chief minister'. Amid the possibility of factionalism in the party over the CM's post, state Congress unit president Pratibha Singh has expressed her family's right to the chair. She has said that the condition of Congress was not good in the elections, but in the name of Virbhadra Singh Ji, people have voted in favor of Congress.
