In Uttar Pradesh, several districts are still in the air-storm fury

Lucknow: The death toll in the state has risen to 25 with thunderstorm and lightning. A total of 57 people have been injured. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the ministers in-charge of the cyclone-affected districts to supervise the relief work by reaching the concerned districts.

As per the information received from sources, about 22 districts have been directly affected by the storm on the night of June 6. These are the worst affected by ETA, Kasganj, Mainpuri, Badaun, Moradabad, Farrukhabad and Barabanki. In Mainpuri, 6 persons have died in Barabanki, Etah and Kasganj in 3-3 and Farrukhabad, Badaun. In Moradabad, Badaun, Pilibhit, Mathura, Kannauj, Amroha and Mahoba, the cyclone or the celestial power has resulted in death of one people.

With this, there are 41 people of Mainpuri, the highest among the 55 people who have been injured by the thunderstorm or by the celestial power.

The Chief minister was in charge of ETA Atul Garg, Suresh Passi of Kasganj, Girish Yadav of Mainpuri, Swami Prasad Maurya of Badaun, Dr. of Moradabad. The minister in charge of Mahendra Singh and Farrukhabad has directed Chetan Chauhan to visit the districts and supervise the relief work. He has asked the DM to visit the areas themselves and distribute the relief.
