New Delhi: After two days of relief, the people of Delhi-NCR may have to face bitter cold from today. Today there is a chance of fog throughout the day. The minimum temperature in Delhi has been recorded at 7 degrees Celsius, which is 1 degree less than Saturday. The minimum temperature was recorded at 8 degrees Celsius on Saturday. The maximum temperature is expected to go up to 21 degrees. Visibility was 800 meters at Safdarjung at 6:30 in the morning.

According to the Meteorological Department, there will be light fog throughout the day today. 29 trains coming to Delhi are running late due to fog. With this, light to moderate rains may occur at many places over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, and UP during the next 12 hours. Talking about other states of the country, there is a possibility of dense fog in Uttar Pradesh and North Madhya Pradesh today.

There will remain dense fog in East Rajasthan, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Sikkim, and North-Eastern states. The Meteorological Department says that there is a possibility of increasing cold and more in the coming days, people should take precaution and take measures for the same.
