Met Department predicts no rain for two-three days in UP

Lucknow: Due to lack of the rain, the heat and humidity increased in Lucknow and its adjoining areas, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. On Friday, the sky is clear and bright sunshine prevails in most parts of UP. Lucknow recorded a minimum temperature of 28 degrees Celsius on Friday. According to the Met department, there is no possibility of rain in the state before July 22.

In Lucknow, the humid heat will continue to haunt the people. In some parts of the state, cloud movement will continue. According to meteorologists, the monsoon turf line was in the Himalayan foothills, which recorded good rainfall in the central part of the state. The south side of the turf line has led to drought-like conditions in the northern region.

The minimum temperature in Kanpur was recorded at 27 degree Celsius on Friday, while Agra recorded 27 degrees, Prayagraj also recorded 27 degrees, Varanasi 28 degrees Celsius. Lucknow recorded a maximum temperature of 36.6 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 27.7 degrees Celsius, two degrees above normal on Thursday. The Met Department has predicted that the UPis will have to wait two to three days for the rain.
