In the last week of May, 24 May Sunday was the hottest day of the year. The temperature rose above 39 degrees but the rain again gave relief from the scorching heat. From 28 May to 31 May, rains were good in most parts of the state, due to which sudden rise in temperature recorded. This time where everything remained closed during the lockdown, there was a lot of difference in the environment due to no movement of vehicles. The result has been that the temperature rises at the beginning of May in Uttarakhand did not get much special. Now again in the month of June, the Meteorological Department has indicated good rains in the state from June 4 and till June 6. People are going to get relief this time also from the scorching heat of June.
Meteorological Department Director Vikram Singh says that from June 4, the weather will change once again. On 5 and 6 June, there will be good rains in most parts of the state. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rain may also occur in many areas of Uttarakhand on June 5 and 6, with the temperature will remain normal in the month of June.
