Bhopal: Guests at wedding ceremonies are permitted to remove their masks only through dinner or lunch, but they cannot move about the grounds without masks. Otherwise, the administration will slap a fine if masks are removed in flagrant violation of the Covid norms. A fine of Rs 500 per head is slapped if an individual is found out not wearing a mask.

Even social distancing is mandatory at wedding ceremonies. The administration has clarified that there will not be any fine if guests eliminate their masks for the goal of consuming meals at marriage functions. But, in truth, folks have complained that they have been fined when they removed their masks through lunch or dinner.

Similarly, a single can invite limitless guests in slots at wedding ceremonies, but that quantity needs to not exceed the stipulated quantity in any slot. The Bhopal district administration has fixed the number of attendees for a wedding ceremony. At a time, there should not be a lot more than 200 in open space-marriage garden arrangements and one hundred in marriage hall arrangements.
