In the second wave of corona infection, many activities were stopped due to an increase in cases, after which it was reopened due to the process of unlocking. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that weekend markets are opening from Monday. These are poor people. The Government is very upset about their livelihood. However, everyone's health and life are also important. I appeal to all to follow the proper treatment of corona after the opening of these markets.
The same weekly markets are opening in Delhi from Monday after a long time. Earlier, a weekend market was allowed to be opened in a day in a zone with 50 percent of vendors. Tell you that two weeks ago, the metro was allowed to run with 100 percent capacity in Delhi. Till then, metro operations were allowed with 50% capacity. In addition, cinema theatres and multiplexes with 50% capacity were also allowed to be opened.
The cases of corona infection in Delhi are continuously declining. During the second wave, oxygen, hospital beds, etc., were seen to be deficient for several days, leading to the loss of lives of a large number of people. During that time, new corona cases were coming to light in thousands. Now, this number has come down to less than 100 per day. However, the Government is also very cautious about the possible third wave and a number of preparations are being made.
