Kolkata: Cyclone Amfan, which came in the midst of the Corona epidemic, has caused huge devastation in West Bengal and the situation has not been normalized even after several days after that storm. In the capital of the state, Kolkata, people have come out on the road, forced to struggle for electricity and water. Police have had to resort to lathicharge in many places to control people.

People complain that the supply of electricity and water has not been restored in the city for 100 hours. However, it is being claimed that electricity and water supply has now been fixed in 95 percent of the areas. The super cyclone that came last week has caused a lot of destruction in the state. Like other parts of the country, Bengal was also battling the Corona epidemic badly that this storm added more trouble. Trees are falling on the roads everywhere. Normal life is still unhappy.

People have electricity problems, but there is a lot of struggle for water. At a time when people have to maintain social distancing due to corona, they are forced to go out for water. In this situation, people are facing a lot of problems. It has been more than 100 hours, but the state government has not been able to restore the supply of basic things like electricity and water. Due to this, resentment among people is increasing.
