Varanasi: On Tuesday (April 26, 2022), Civil Judge Ravi Kumar of the Senior Division has given a verdict in the matter of worshiping Maa Shringar Gauri and other deities located in the Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi complex in Varanasi. According to the court's decision, this time after Eid, before May 10, the spot will be inspected by the Advocate Commissioner and videography will be done there. The matter will be heard after the commissioner submits his report to the court.

According to the report, the court had appointed Advocate Commissioner on 8th of this month to find out the situations regarding Maa Shringar Gauri and other deities. After this, an application was filed in the court on 18 April for the action taken by the Advocate Commissioner. The petition claimed that Shringar Gori was outside the barricading. In such a situation, no one else can go inside it except Muslims and security personnel. There was a demand to stop the Advocate Commissioner.

Let us tell you that this case is of 18 August 2021, when a petition was filed in the court on behalf of Delhi residents Rakhi Singh, Lakshmi Devi, Sita Shahu, Manju Vyas and Rekha Pathak, asking for regular darshan and worship of Shringar Mata. Permission was sought. Let us tell you that this petition was filed on behalf of the Hindu Mahasabha. It was said in the petition that not to do so would be infringing on the interests of Hindus.
