New Delhi: During the crisis of Corona epidemic, as a result of the lockdown rules and exit and contact with people, a large number of people have stopped doing physical exercise. Now the World Health Organization (WHO) has said in its Physical Activity Guidelines that people should not avoid essential exercise by taking the excuse of corona epidemic.

In its guidelines, the WHO has emphasized that exercise is essential for physical and mental health; sitting in one place can have a detrimental effect on health. The World Health Organization's Health Promotion Head Rudiger Krech said, "WHO has urged people to be active during the coronavirus epidemic." They say that if we do not remain active and become stagnant, then we will feast on the epidemic of poor health.

At the moment there is no clear data about how the coronavirus epidemic has affected people's physical activity. Due to the lockdown, various restrictions on exit and the closure of the gym, many people have been forced to stay in the house and physical exercise and daily activities have stopped.
