London: batsman Kusal Perera (78) 's superb innings and excellent bowling of Nuwan Pradeep (4 wickets) and Lasith Malinga (3 wickets) helped Sri Lanka beat Afghanistan by 34 runs on the basis of Duckworth Lewis rule in a rain-interrupted match on Tuesday. While batting first, Sri Lanka scored 201 runs in 41 overs. In reply, the entire Afghanistan team were bundled out for 152 runs and lost the match.

According to the information, Nuwan Pradeep has adjudged the man of the match for his superb performance in the Sri Lankan side.
