Former Spain and Barcelona football player Xavi Hernandez tested positive for Coronavirus. Javi, 40, is working as a coach at the Al-Saad club in Qatar. He said that he was tested according to Qatar League rules in which he got infected due to corona virus.
He said on his Instagram, 'I am feeling fine right now but I am going to stay in Quarantine until I am fully recovered. When I get permission from health services, then I will be very excited to return to my daily routine and work. '
In a statement issued by Al-Saad, the third placed in the league's point table, he said that he will not be part of the team in the match against Al-Khor. This is going to be the team's first match after the league resumes on Friday.
