Lucknow: Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh is now preparing to open high-tech clinics in some villages of the state. As a pilot project, a hi-tech clinic will be opened in villages in some districts of the state. The special thing is that there will be no doctor deployment at this clinic and patients will be treated through teleconferencing and video conferencing.

In these hi-tech clinics, OPD will be operated by nurses, lab technicians, will check blood and blood pressure with automatic machines and remote doctors will talk to patients through teleconferencing and video conferencing. The doctor will see the report on the screen through video conferencing and will give information regarding the drug accordingly. After which the patient will get that medicine from the machine itself.

This experiment is being carried out with the help of a multinational company. In which the government will install OPD at 10 PHCs using modern machines. Lab technicians will be deployed to sample the blood of nurses and patients for registration and all PHC centres will be connected to the command centre. From where the patient will report his illness to the command centre through the camera.
