Yogi govt demolished illegal construction of AIMIM leader Taufeeq

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government is taking strict action against encroachments and illegal constructions in the state. As part of this effort, the illegal hotel of Asaduddin Owaisi's party AIMIM leader Taufeeq Pradhan was razed to the ground. This action has been taken by the Bareilly Development Authority (BDA).

The BDA has said that AIMIM leader Taufeeq Pradhan had constructed a two-storey hotel in the green belt area of the bypass road without taking permission from the authorities. The hotel was built on 700 square meters of land. The Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) is now taking action against illegal Dhabas and hotels built in the green belt. BDA officials bulldozed down a two-storey hotel built on a green belt near the bypass.

BDA OSD Gautam Singh has said, "Taufeeq Pradhan has set up a two-storey illegal Dhaba without consent on the bypass in the green belt near village Kacholi in an area of about 700 square meters under Bareilly development area. Built the restaurant. Acting under relevant sections of the UP Town Planning and Development Act, 1973, the hotel has been demolished in the presence of the enforcement team.''
