New Delhi: Everyone wants to know about the cremation of hathras gang-rape victim.  Now, the Apex court also questioned the Uttar Pradesh government, after which the government from the Supreme Court said that it had received intelligence inputs that if the body was waiting in the morning to perform the funeral, large-scale violence could erupt.

The Yogi Government filed an affidavit in hathras case seeking direction of CBI inquiry from the apex court, and has handed over the detailed information of the investigation in the case to the court so far. The details claim that some vested interests are obstructing the path of fair justice. Let us tell you that the UP government has filed an affidavit on its behalf without waiting for the apex court to get the notice. The government said, aggressive campaigns on social media, TV and print media are being launched to defame the state government over Hathras case. The state government said that the case has come to the centre of attraction across the country.

Therefore, it is required to be examined by the central agency, under which the apex Court has been requested to monitor the CBI inquiry. The government of friends told the Supreme Court that they had recommended a CBI inquiry to expose falsehood on behalf of vested interests.
