Ingredients: 2 cups semolina 3 tsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp ghee, 1/4 cup oil, 2 dry red chillies, 2 tsp cashewnuts, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, 1 tsp rye, 1 pinch asafoetida, 1 tsp chopped onion, 3 green chillies, 1 stalk fresh curry leaf, 4 cups water, 1 tomato, chopped 1 tsp ground ginger, salt- according to taste |

Method: Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies, cashewnuts, urad dal, chana dal and rye for 5 minutes, add asafoetida powder, then add chopped onions, green chillies and hard leaves and cook, now add chopped tomatoes, ginger paste and salt, now add water to the pan and slowly add semolina and continue to run the pan with other hands so that the pulp does not grow. Slow down the heat of the gas and cover it. Then cook for 10 to 15 minutes.  Remove the pan from the gas, add lemon juice and ghee to the mixture, sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot when it cools down a little. You can also eat with such pickles or sambhar| It's a complete diet|
