NEW DELHI: O Panneerselvam, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, who kept Amma's photo with him always even during cabinet meetings. He visited Delhi to meet PM Modi for the first time, since Jayalalitha's death on December- 5- 2016.

He held Jayalalitha's duty but he never stay in Chief Minister's suite in Tamil Nadu Bhavan, as Jayalalitha used to stay at Delhi. He urged for construction of his guide's (Jayalalitha) statue in parliament.

On Sunday Sasikala Natarajan asked to take Chief Minister's post instead of being general secretary of the Party. Moreover, Jayalalitha held both the positions. O Paneerselvan and Lok Sabha Deputy speaker Thambidurai asked Natarajan to take charge of party secretary which was unchallenged held by Jayalalitha.

According to the AIADMK leaders Chinnamma (Sasikala) should work as a Chief Minister and accomplish all the duties left vacant after Amma's death.
