New Delhi: A 13-year-old girl died while taking a bath in the Dwarka area of India's national capital. It is being told that the geyser leaked during the bath, after which the minor has lost his life due to inhaling carbon monoxide. At present, the police, who reached the spot after receiving the information, have been engaged in the investigation.

According to information, after completing her online class on Wednesday, the 13-year-old girl went to the bathroom for a bath. Even after about an hour, when the minor did not come out of the bathroom, the family members were worried. They first made a noise from the bathroom door, but when there was no sound from inside, they broke the door in anticipation of something untoward. Inside they saw that the minor was lying unconscious.

After this, the family members of the minor immediately took the girl to a nearby hospital, where the doctors declared the child dead. Later, during the investigation, the police found out through doctors that the girl had died due to inhaling carbon monoxide. It is feared that carbon monoxide gas may have spread in the washroom after the geyser leaked and the minor may have died of suffocation due to lack of proper ventilation in the washroom.
