Agartala: Corona is wreaking havoc all over the country. The number of patients is increasing day by day. At the same time, cases of corona are also increasing rapidly in Tripura. In Tripura, corona virus infections have been found in 223 more people, after which the total cases have increased to 2,892. CM Biplab Kumar Deb has told in this regard that 101 of the new infected are the personnel of the Border Security Force (BSF).

In the state, 1,759 people have been cured of this disease, while 1,114 patients are undergoing treatment. So far five patients have died due to corona infection in the state and 14 patients have gone to other states. On Sunday night, CM Deb told that among the new cases, six people who have returned to the state via flight. In this regard, he said that thirty people have already been infected by contact with a person suffering from corona infection while 179 antigens have been found to be corona positive in the investigation.

CM Deb told that only 8 new infected people had symptoms. He said, "We are examining the maximum figures to ensure the safety of all people. We have adequate medical infrastructure to deal with corona infection. The most requested is to cooperate and not to spread panic." "BSF has said in this regard that all the new positive personnel are being treated at the Kovid Hospital set up at the state headquarters of the force in Salbagan. At the same time, a BSF spokesperson said, "BSF personnel go home on leave and then come back. Also many workers are transferred out. So there is a risk of corona infection."
