Guwahati: A video shaming humanity in Assam's Sivasagar is fast going viral on social media. Here, four women thrashed the woman on suspicion of having an illicit relationship, tied the woman with a rope, slapped her, dragged her badly, pulled her hair and tore her clothes. The victim is seen crying and begging for mercy. But the hearts of the three heartless women did not pulsate.

Reports say that the incident is being reported from Waulipukhuri zone village under Amguri Halwating police station area. The victim has been accused of having illicit relations. On Friday evening, four women caught hold of the victim, then tied her to a rope. Her clothes tore. His hair began to be slapped while pulling. Someone present there made a video of it and made it viral on social media.

It is being told that some people also informed the police about this beating of the woman. But the police arrived at the scene at 10 p.m. The women were still killing the victim. The police released the victim. But instead of taking action against the accused women, the police have detained the victim and her husband. There has been anger among the villagers since the incident. Angry over the police action, the rural criminals  are demanding stringent punishment for the women.
