60 people arrested for violating the lockdown: According to information received from sources, 60 people have been detained by the Kotwali police by leading a campaign for violating the lockdown in the corona infection in Kashipur. A case has been registered against them. The police released them all while seizing 44 motorcycles and three cars in possession.

SSP Barinderjit Singh has directed to take action against those who violated the lockdown. On Wednesday evening, at 7 pm, the police, under the leadership of CO Manoj Kumar Thakur, launched a crackdown campaign. During this time 08 lawsuits were filed for violation of lockdown. In which a total of 60 people have been accused. In the campaign, CO Manoj Thakur, Kotwal Chandramohan Singh, SSI Satish Kapdi, Bansfodan outpost in-charge Ravindra Bisht, bowl-in-charge Madan Singh Bisht, SI Pankaj Singh, Javed Malik, Amit Sharma, Ganeshpande, Deepak Joshi, Pankaj Mehar etc. Inspector Chandramohan told that cases will be filed against those who violate the lockdown. During this time action will also be taken to seize the vehicle. He informed that 30 more vehicles have been challenged before this.
