Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh has controlled corona to a great extent. Corona cases in the state have been controlled due to tracing, testing, treatment and vaccination in the state. Meanwhile, 70 districts of the state have now become corona-free. While not a single new case has been found in 41 districts today, only 01-01 patients are left in 17 districts.

The state government says 0.1 lakh 38 thousand 271 samples were tested in the last 24 hours, with not a single new case found in 70 districts of the state. With this, 67 percent of the state's population has been vaccinated against corona. Tuesday's test confirmed a total of 07 infected in just 05 districts of the state, during which 10 infected corona recovered from the state, while the number of active cases in the state on Tuesday was 102. With this, 16 lakh 87 thousand 165 patients have recovered from corona infection in the state so far.

State CM Yogi Adityanath said in a meeting with Team 9 that the number of new infected people is increasing in many countries of the world, including many states of the country, and in such a situation, we all need to take a lot of precautions. Everyone coming to UP from other states must be investigated and more vigilance needs to be maintained at buses, railway stations and airports. He said special care should be taken about corona amidst festivals. At the same time, the Covid protocol will be followed. There is a need to spread awareness about masks among the public.
