New Delhi: If you are also planning to travel from New Delhi railway station, this news is for you. Non-interlocking is being done to connect the 5th and 6th railway lines between New Delhi and Tilak Bridge Station. This is the reason why many trains have been canceled. In addition, it has been decided to change the root of some and keep them running.

Non-interlocking is scheduled to be carried out on behalf of the Railways from 19th July 2019 to 21st July 2019. Most of the trains from New Delhi to East and East will be affected. After completion of these interlinings by the Railways, the trains will not have to wait on the outskirts to reach New Delhi Railway Station. The Railways will get two more railway lines through which trains can be transported directly to the station.

On the other hand, the ambitious high-speed train Vande Bharat Express will be held on Monday between Delhi and Katra. The train will travel from Delhi to Katra within eight hours. Earlier, the journey took 12 hours.
