70-year-old Mahmood Hasan set example of Hindu-Muslim unity, gives donation for Ram temple

Mussoorie: Many Hindu organisations are coming together to raise donations for the construction of a magnificent Ram temple in Ayodhya. People from all over the country are coming forward to cooperate. Not only Hindus but also Muslims are contributing to the construction of Ram Mandir. A great example of which has been seen in Mussoorie. 1100 rupees were given as donations for the construction of Ram Mandir by 70-year-old Mahmood Hasan.

Mahmood Hasan, a resident of Mussoorie Kyarkuli Bhatta village, has contributed to the construction of Ram temple by giving Rs. 1100 from BJP Yuva Morcha (BJP) president Rakesh Rawat, who is collecting Ram temple funds. Mahmood Hasan, 70, moved from Saharanpur to Mussoorie in the 1972 and has been living with his family in Bhatta village of Mussoorie since then. Mahmood Hasan said that there is harmony with Hindu Muslims in Mussoorie and when he came to Mussoorie he had nothing but the people of Bhatta village had helped him immensely, for which he would always be grateful.

He said that he was also deeply impressed by PM Modi's work and he massaged and hair-cut Modi Ji in 2003, 2005 and 2009 when he visited a five-star hotel in Mussoorie. He is deeply pleased with the work being done by PM Modi for the development of the country's unity integrity. He said that BJP youth leader Rakesh Rawat and villagers had helped him immensely during the lockdown.
