Katrina Kaif one the fitness freak recently captured outside the gym. Katrina looked pretty in an all-black outfit. She is currently training for her character in Thugs of Hindostan in which she will be seen doing action.

Katrina’s trainer had revealed to a publication, “Katrina has an amazing fitness level, so to achieve those abs, we just had to tweak her workout a little. She eats smart and listens to her body and needs—she avoids gluten, dairy and sugar, and tries to include protein, fibre and good fats in all her meals.”

About her diet, Katrina had told a leading daily, “I generally eat healthily but I am on a macrobiotic diet right now. You eat whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat and oats), vegetables, fruits, steamed fish or roast chicken. That's stapled food, and you stay away from any kind of processed food and dairy products. Breakfast is simple: some egg whites, oatmeal and cereals. But my perfect Sunday breakfast is still pancakes. Lunch, on a normal day, is grilled chicken, steamed vegetables, legumes and salad. Dinner could be a soup or a salad. I eat acai berry supplements to keep my skin healthy. I’m trying to give myself an antioxidant boost with green tea, and hoping it will help me beat my coffee cravings.”

Katrina Kaif was last seen in the movie 'Tiger Zinda Hai' opposite Salman Khan and the movie was a big hit.
