The legendary actress Sridevi is no more. This is a shock for everyone as she died at an age of 54. Sridevi 's death was due to a heart attack in Dubai. The Prime Minister's Office has also expressed condolences on the death of Sridevi.

In this tweet made by PM Modi, it is written "Saddened by the untimely demise of noted actor Sridevi. She was a veteran of the film industry, whose long career included diverse roles and memorable performances. My thoughts are with her family and admirers in this hour of grief. May her soul rest in peace: PM @narendramodi"  

Sridevi married film producer Boney Kapoor. Sridevi and Boney Kapoor have two daughters. Jahnavi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor Sridevi were born in Tamil Nadu on August 13, 1963. She started his film career as a child artist. After that, he made the journey of India's first woman superstar.   

Sridevi's entry into Bollywood was from the 1978 film Solhwan Sawan, but he got a lot of headlines from the 1983 film Himmatwala. Sridevi's Shadows, Nagin, Nigahan, Mister India, Chalbaz, Lamhey, Khuda Bhawar and Separation Films. Sridevi has so far received five Filmfare Awards. Shestarted his career as a child artist in the year 1967. Sridevi was awarded the fourth highest civil award in 2013 by Padma Shri.
