Samastipur. In Bihar's Samastipur district, a villager was killed and two people injured in police firing on Friday. Police fired 10 rounds on people who were encroaching the police station.

  • Janaradan Thakur, a drug businessman of Tajpur, was put to death on Thursday.
  • Due to Diwali, people did not show anger on Thursday, but on Friday, people came to the road.
  • Angry people closed the Tajpur market and blocked the road by burning fire on NH 28.

After the murder of the drug businessman, people were annoyed with the police. Annoyed people surrounded the police station and beat up the policemen.

- Police opened fire on people performing furiously, causing one person to die and two people injured.

In the meantime, the police launched around ten rounds of bullets on people protesting against the police station. This led to the death of one person. While five people were injured.The violent people have set fire to police vehicles with the police encirclement.

The fierce people closed the Tajpur market and blocked the road after arming the NH 28. After the death of the villager by the police bullet, tension has increased in Tajpur. In order to prevail over the situation, additional deployment of the police force is being done.
