The Tamil Nadu government has introduced a new bill that will exempt state medical candidates from NEET. The Bill for Medical Education will provide admission to undergraduate medical courses on the basis of qualifying examinations. “Through this bill, seat allotment for medical graduate seats in government and private institutions will be done on the basis of class 12 marks. To consider the recommendations of the High Level Committee and to protect the social justice, equity and create a strong health infrastructure especially for the protection of the affected children, the Bill will be passed on the basis of class 12 public examination marks for allotment of graduate medical seats. is offered for use.
