Dinesh Madan, a resident of Geeta Colony, Delhi, works in the Gurgaon court of Haryana. On Monday, when he went out on the road with his 2015 model scooty for some work, the traffic policemen caught him. Dinesh said that he would provide the papers after some time, but by then his challan of 23 thousand rupees had been cut.

The challan was deducted under different sections of the Motor Vehicle Act 1988 section 213 (5) (e). In this way, a total invoice of 23 thousand rupees was made. Now Dinesh had his vehicle confiscated due to no money. At the same time, Dinesh is now unable to decide whether to get a new vehicle or collect 23 thousand and bring back the old scooty.
