Lucknow: Five people from the same family consumed a poisonous substance in the Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh. According to the report, a woman consumed poison along with her two sons and two daughters over a property dispute in the Rani Laxmibai area of Sadar Kotwali. Their family dispute is going on. Neighbours have admitted the five to the district hospital for treatment, where the condition of all of them remains critical.
Police are currently at the hospital and are investigating the matter. The case of five persons of the same family consuming poison is near Rani Laxmibai Tiraha in the Sadar Kotwali area. Munna Pradhan, a resident here, died in the Corona period. It is alleged that since then, nephew Kuldeep's eyes were on land and house. Phoolchand, the brother of the woman who consumed poison, has said that the nephew was torturing these people over the land and house, fed up with this, today the mother drank the dye with her four children, who have been admitted to the hospital in a serious condition. Doctors are currently treating all five.
On being informed that five members of the same family had tried to commit suicide, the top officials of the police department also reached the hospital. He said that there was a dispute over the sharing of property, which will be investigated and legal action will be taken, at present the condition of all is stable.
