Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) is going through a very poor phase as the team has lost six matches in a row. Virat Kohli led RCB have struggled to get going and have become the joint-first team to lose six consecutive matches at the beginning of a new IPL season. Disappointed with the team’s dismal show, many fans want Kohli to step down as RCB captain. In a video Chopra said, “Many fans are of the view that Kohli is a bad captain and he should be sacked from the position. I will tell you who a captain is. A captain is just like the nail which holds a painting. People always praise the painting, never the nail. And if he is a bad captain, how come the Indian team performs so well? When he leads India, people say his team is very good. When RCB lose, we say the captain is bad. In my view, he is not a bad captain, but the captain of a weak team. I am not worried, I won’t sack him.”
