Noted television and Bollywood actor Bikramjit Kanwarpal has passed away from Corona. He was 52 years old. Bikramjit Kanwarpal had served as an Army officer before becoming an actor. He made his acting debut in 2003 after retiring from the Army. Actor Ashok Pandit has reported the death of Bikramjit Kanwarpal on social media.

Ashok Pandit tweeted, "Saddened to hear about the passing away of Major Bikramjit Kanwarpal due to corona this morning. Kanwarpal, a retired Army officer, played supporting roles in several films and television serials. My thoughts to his family and close ones". Apart from Ashok Pandit, actors Manoj Bajpayee, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Rohit Roy, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Kubra Sait and others tweeted condolences.
